Why this exists as a service
A large share of what reaches us is not a dispute and does not need a lawyer at all. It needs somebody who can get to the right building, knows which window, and can come back three times without it ruining their week.
From abroad that is close to impossible. Offices do not reliably answer email. A file can sit for months not because it was refused but because one document in it is the wrong vintage, and nobody will tell you that by phone.
How it works
- Tell us what you need and what you have already tried, with dates.
- We tell you honestly whether this needs a lawyer, an accountant, or simply somebody to go and file it.
- You sign a special power of attorney naming each act. A general mandate for "my affairs" is liable to be refused at the counter, so it is drafted for the specific errand.
- You are told what was found, what was filed, and what the office actually said — including when the answer is one you did not want.
What we will not do
We will not promise to accelerate a decision through anybody's goodwill, and we will not pay anyone to move a file up a pile. If a matter is slow because the law makes it slow, we will say so and tell you what the real timescale looks like. That is a less satisfying answer than the one some people are hoping for, and it is the only one worth paying for.
This page states the law as we checked it on 25 October 2026. Moroccan family and procedural law is under active reform, so check anything here against the position on the day it matters to you. Any figures are typical ranges, not a quote.
